The Problem

Managing events at KLD involved time-consuming manual processes, leading to data inconsistencies, registration delays, and physical paperwork overhead.

The Solution

A centralized web platform that automates the lifecycle of an event—from creation and approval to real-time attendance tracking and feedback collection.

System Modules

01. User Management

This module entails the users’ roles in the system such as head of event management, administrators, organizers, students, and employees. All users have specific access relative to their roles.

02. Event Management

Allows administrators or organizers to create, edit, and manage events, including features for scheduling and categorizing.

03. Venue Management

Assists in overseeing event venues, offering features for booking and viewing scheduled events at each location.

04. Attendance Module

Tracks and manages event attendance, recording participant presence for efficient monitoring and reporting.

05. Registration Module

Provides a comprehensive view of event registrations, displaying a table that tracks all attendee details.

06. Feedback & Evaluation

Allows attendees to provide feedback. Administrators can collect insights to improve future events.
